Scholarship Application

You are applying for financial assistance to complete a program or course of study at a post-secondary educational institution located in Kent or Sussex Counties, Delaware. Accordingly, applicants must reside within these boundaries and demonstrate a need for financial assistance. Be aware also that candidates who are awarded scholarships from the Foundation must be willing and able to pay at least 25% of their education expenses (tuition, books and materials). Preference will be given to applicants who have first applied for assistance from State or Federal scholarship programs but were denied such assistance.
